Check to indicate you understand and agree to the Illness Policy: In order to ensure the health and safety of all pet participants of the class, we ask you not bring your pet to an in-person group class setting if the pet has been sneezing or coughing, exhibited nasal discharge, or has vomitted or had diarrhea within the past 24 hours prior to the class. No refunds will be given for missed classes due to illness for all pre-paid classes with a limited number of slots per class. Make up class will be scheduled if possible depending on the nature of the illness, class type and what is best for the behavioral health of your pet and other class participants. Make up classes are NOT guaranteed. Virtual attendance may be an option as well.
Check here to indicate you understand our Safety Policy: The Veterinary Behavior Center, LLC takes every precaution from a safety and health perspective to keep all people and pets safe. We do not allow contact between pets during in person classes without permission of both sets of guardians and at the discretion of the instructor who can help assess safety. Please do not allow contact with other pets outside the controlled context of the class. All animals must enter and exit the building on leash or in a carrier and is not permitted to be released until the instructor gives permission. Despite our measures to ensure safety, accidents can happen. By participating in these classes you acknowledge that you are the primary or sole handler of your pet and you alone are responsible for avoiding situations that could result in illness or injury. You could be held legally and financially responsible for any injuries that your pet causes.
